DPTA JUNIOR CIRCUIT INFORMATION
- tournaments open to unqualified players
- players that live in "75" zip code will earn points to qualify for masters and state
trip . players living outside of this zip code may play, but will not be eligible
for the Masters tournament.
All Players must play in the age division they will be in on October 1, 2012.
(No Exceptions)
- if you qualify after August 1st, you will still be eligible for Masters and State
- DPTA /USPTA pro committee has the final decision on any rules not covered
- no refunds for rain or incorrect sign ups or cancellation for any reason
The DPTA Junior Circuits are designated as
a DPTA/USPTA Gran Prix event.
- Format- 8 game pro set, ad scoring, tiebreaker 7 all
- Players guaranteed 2 matches given able opponents
- Players receive 1 point for wins in main draw (must win round after bye or default)
- Players receive .5 point for wins in consolation (must win round after bye or default)
- If you default or pull out of tournament, you will receive no points
- Top 8 players will be invited to the Masters tournament (must have played in a minimum
of 4 tournaments)
- (if you default more than 2 times from a tournament you will be ineligible for the
Masters or state trip.)
- Tournament Director reserves the right to modify scoring in case of inclement weather.
- Being current with USTA guidelines, if a rainout occurs, the tournament director
will make every effort to reschedule the tournament before the next jc tournament.
If every effort has been made, and there is absolutely no way to complete the tournament,
there will be no refunds.
